ESTI Consulting Services welcomes Shawn Stevenson to the ESTI team as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst.
Shawn has extensive experience in the public, private, non-profit, and military sectors. Shawn is a well rounded and personable consultant with a wealth of expertise to draw from. Shawn comes to ESTI as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2 Practitioner, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Institute ' Professional Business Analyst (PMI-PBA), and a Prosci Change Management Professional. He's worked on dozens of large projects ' some highlights include modernizing the case management system for public prosecutions within Saskatchewan, optimizing patient flow within Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region and designing a solution for a large liquor retailer to implement online sales.
His wide array of skills and experience allow him to consider the 'big picture' and help clients find the most efficient route to success. He's known for providing quality decision support for senior leaders. Shawn takes a highly communicative approach when working with project sponsors and always ensures that the intended benefits of every initiative are forefront in every project. For Shawn this isn't just a job ' in his spare time he is a frequent speaker and instructor on the topics of requirements, and customer experience ' notably at Building Business Capability (IIBA), the Kenyan Central Bank, and The University of Regina ' Centre for Continuing Education.
ESTI provides IT services related to applications, projects, IT infrastructure, and IT business functions. Shawn's abilities as a project manager and business analyst will prove to be valuable assets to ESTI's clients in many upcoming projects.
