We provide training to your staff at your site using experienced training personnel. Training can be provided either on an individual basis or in a group environment.
ESTI recommends that training be performed module by module, in alignment with each module's rollout to production. Preparations for training begin at the User Acceptance Testing stage of each module implementation. Training materials are customized to fit your environment.
Our systems design plan ensures that similar functions spanning multiple applications work exactly the same in all our Oracle systems. This ensures that training on multiple applications is simple and straightforward.
In addition to training on our custom designed software, ESTI can provide training for your staff on other, in-house software.
