Simon joined ESTI in 1989 while still a student. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with great distinction in computational science from the University of Saskatchewan.

Simon provides indispensable experience for ESTI in public and private sector pension plan administration as well as the financial industry. He also has extensive experience working at local and remote client sites.

Simon was the original analyst in charge of the design and implementation of the Green File imaging product. Simon's analytical approach works well with his business acumen in helping build interpersonal relationships.

Simon lives in Saskatoon with his wife, June Christ, and his daughters Jordan and Chayce. He is a citizen of both Canada and Great Britain.
