Originally from Rosemary, Alta., Mark Dick received his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in computer science from the University of Saskatchewan in 1993. Mark joined the ESTI team in 1995 after spending two years as a senior systems analyst with Revenue Canada in Ottawa.
Mark has been involved with a number of projects including the implementation of payment production systems, tax calculation modules, and a web enabled pension data remittance system. Security and technical issues during the development of a web-enabled pension data remittance system has introduced new challenges into Mark's work. Besides performing his regular administrative roles for ESTI, he currently performs project management and business analyst roles for a client in Saskatoon.
Mark has over 14 years of database design and tool development behind him and provides an invaluable Oracle database and development tool resource for ESTI. Although Mark's time is concentrated in Saskatoon, he still stays plays a liaison role with clients in Toronto, Vancouver and Regina.
Mark's desire for problem solving, particularly in the field of database technology, has proven to be an outstanding strength.
