George joined ESTI in January of 2010 as an analyst. George acquired his Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Laurentian University of Sudbury ON and is currently in the final stage of finishing a Masters in Science at the University of Saskatchewan. His thesis involves the performance analysis of multithreaded Java programs running on multicore CPU’s.

Prior to coming to Saskatchewan, George completed a 12 month internship with Ontario Lottery and Gaming in the IT Security and Risk Management department. George also has considerable experience working closely with clients in a help desk role. George loves to learn and use new technology and has a keen interest in system administration, database design and Java application performance. He is an avid Linux user and tries to utilize the Linux platform when it will most benefit the project and the client. At ESTI, George’s current duties include building custom database driven software using oracle ADF.

George was born and raised in Bangladesh and moved to Canada for schooling. In his free time, George loves to travel, watch TV, follow the stock market, and cook different international cuisine. George is married to Jessica.
