In 2003, ESTI began providing services to the Winnipeg market from their Saskatoon location. In response to increased demand for services, ESTI established a Winnipeg presence in 2010. Carol joined the ESTI Winnipeg team in September, 2011.

Carol is a results-oriented Project Manager with PMP and Prince 2 Practitioner designations, Masters Certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis, and a Quality Assurance Management Certificate.

Carol’s wide range of experience in the implementation and integration of information systems and technical infrastructure, and in software development and software quality assurance, from both a vendor and a client perspective, makes her highly adaptable. She has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the highly demanding and political environment of a multi-property casino that is also a Manitoba Crown Corporation.

Carol is experienced in all aspects of IT projects including the development of business cases aligned with strategic goals, procurement of systems that meet corporate technology standards, business requirements gathering, and organizational change and risk management.

Carol’s previous experience includes: enterprise SOA infrastructure and business analytics projects; Lawson financial system project; wireless Cisco network infrastructure project; Vocera radio system infrastructure project; Summit GE physical door access system projects; key control projects; desktop refresh strategy and rollout project; quality assurance on chemotherapy management software; stock brokerage management software; financial planning management software.

Carol is an innovative and collaborative team leader, negotiator and problem solver, able to see the business and the technical sides of a problem. She has excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Carol’s skills are valuable assets in developing and enhancing ESTI’s customer and client relationships.

Carol was born and raised in Winnipeg and has two grown children, Trish and Calvin.
