A large number of ESTI's clients have identified a need to administrate various benefit plans including short-term disability, long-term disability, group life, dental, extended health care and vision. In response to this, ESTI has developed various systems that are customized to our clients' needs but common in their core architecture. These systems are responsible for various tasks including:

Generating benefit values based on benefit calculation algorithms,
Paying ad-hoc and monthly benefits to benefit plan members and designated beneficiaries,
Tracking benefit activity periods and benefit types,
Calculating retroactive benefit amounts and adjustments, and
Generation of letters and notices,
Tracking and facilitating adjudication of claims.

The administration of these systems commonly involves the integration to demographic data stores, various member information systems, imaging data pools or pension data repositories. It is necessary to keep these systems in synch to ensure the proper payment and tracking of individuals. ESTI has worked with several clients to install integrated applications that fulfill some, or all, of these requirements.
